Evitts Care provides practical NDIS disability support for people who want consistent, reliable help with daily living and community participation. Supports are available to self-managed and plan-managed participants and are delivered across regional, remote and very remote parts of the Northern Territory.
Daily Living & Personal Care
/ Domestic Support
Support is available with day-to-day routines at home, including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping support. Assistance can also be provided with medication routines, including assistance with medication administration (non-clinical), Webster pack support, and clear documentation as required.
Where helpful, supports can also include building practical independence at home, such as meal planning, cooking together, creating a simple weekly routine, and setting up systems that make day-to-day life easier.
Community Access & Participation
/ Transport Support
Evitts Care supports participants to get out into the community and stay connected to the things that matter, helping with appointments, errands, social activities, community events, and regular outings.
Support can include planning and preparation for activities and appointments, building confidence in community settings, and working toward participant goals over time.
Who Evitts Care Supports
Supports are suited to adults with a range of physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, with supports tailored to the individual and adjusted over time as routines, preferences, and support needs become clearer. Supports can range from lighter assistance through to higher-support daily routines, within a non-clinical disability support scope.
Scheduling & Support Hours
Support can be arranged from shorter weekly sessions through to structured, ongoing schedules, including longer day blocks. Evitts Care can assist with establishing a consistent weekly routine and day plan where helpful, particularly for participants who benefit from structure and predictable support. Inactive sleepovers are available by arrangement.
Pricing
Pricing is aligned with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, with MM6/MM7 rates applying based on the participant’s service location. All rates and any agreed travel-related charges are discussed upfront and confirmed in writing in a service agreement.
