Evitts Care is an independent, sole-trader NDIS disability support service operated by Luke Evitts. Working with both self-managed and plan-managed participants, we focus on practical, person-centred support that prioritises participant choice, independence, and reliability.
Our services are tailored to individual needs and the realities of life in remote communities, with 4WD equipped for remote access.
Our Support Services
Evitts Care provides flexible NDIS disability support for participants living in remote Northern Territory communities. Supports are delivered in line with individual NDIS plans and focus on practical assistance that supports independence, participation, and everyday living.
Daily Living & Personal Care / Domestic Support
Assistance with everyday tasks and personal care to support safe, consistent, and independent living, delivered respectfully and in line with participant preferences.
Community Access & Participation / Transport Support
Support to attend appointments, engage in community activities, and maintain routines, including assistance with transport and participation in meaningful daily activities.
